OHSU Well-Being is proud to sponsor aPOWER WITH Storytelling Community of Practice event: using equity-centered narratives to foster community and well-being.

3 MedStaircase alumni have participated in this program by sharing their own stories with OHSU RELATE Lab. You can see them here.

A winner of a 2023 Well-Being Grant, the OHSU Family Medicine RELATE Lab team brings us this storytelling and community-building event at the intersection of equity and well-being, on Thursday, May 25th 12-1pm in the Old Library Auditorium on Marquam Hill. Belonging, community & inclusion are at the root of a workplace that supports well-being, and storytelling is a powerful way to bring us together to exchange perspectives and explore the diversity of lived experience around us. This event will feature two stories by members of our learning and healthcare communities and offer a platform for a conversation about human-centered healthcare, health equity and well-being.

Register to attend here. Lunch will be provided to those who’ve registered to attend in advance. For anyone who cannot attend in-person, a link will be provided to attend virtually.
