Would you like to spend a week this summer shadowing a physician? MedStaircase has collaborated with medical practices to offer Clinical Education Scholarships. These opportunities pair $1,000 stipends with intimate behind-the-scenes looks at the practice of medicine. We have clinical rotations set up in many different specialties, including pediatrics, family medicine, internal medicine, oncology, orthopedic surgery, anesthesiology, pulmonology, pathology, and urology. To apply, complete this brief Google Form (click image for link) by 11:59pm on Monday, March 21. Winners will be announced on Friday, April 1.
Preference will be given to students who come from historically underrepresented groups in medicine. Students will be assigned to their clinical site based on dates of availability with our best efforts to match your clinical interest. Scholarships will be distributed upon completion of the weeklong clerkship.
