Every student can benefit from a supportive relationship with someone who has been in their shoes. Shared experiences are invaluable connections. MedStaircase is committed to helping students find such a mentor through hosted small group conversations and in-person clerkships.
We offer opportunities for students to learn more about the careers in which they are interested and the process of achieving their goals. From specialty panels enabling intimate conversations with professionals to tips & tricks from admissions staff, MedStaircase is here to empower students to be successful.
Pursuing a career in healthcare is expensive, and many of the students we support come from families with a lower socioeconomic status. MedStaircase is here to break down financial barriers that may deter future healthcare workers from taking all the steps necessary to achieve their career goals.
